Sponsorship Packages
TITLE SPONSOR
Will be the main presenting sponsor. i.e,
• A Representative of Title Sponsor will present an award to the Chief Guest, Milkha Singh
• A 3 minute presentation before the Awards function begins
• All promotional advertisements of the event to carry the Title sponsor’s name
• Logo on Invitation cards and promotional material
• Ad in GTA Business-App after GTA Business-App Promotion
• Logo will be displayed on the LED screen on stage
• A Full Page Advertisement on the backpage of the booklet distributed on-the-spot, showing owchart
of the programme(1500 copies)
• Stall in the Foyer (if desired)
• Advertising space in Parvasi Newspaper for brand/company promotion- 4 Full Page ads
• 46 Radio Spots (30 Seconds) on Radio Parvasi (1320 CJMR)
• One Double page advertisement in GTA Business Pages 2016
• Two tables near the stage (20 persons)
• Coverage through the program by the MC & 10 screens around the hall
• Dinner with Sardar Milkha Singh organized especially for sponsors and a few VIP guests
• Logo to be included in half to full page coverage by 5-6 different newspapers after the event
GOLD SPONSORS
There will be maximum two Gold sponsors. The benefi ts include-
• The Gold sponsors will present the trophy to the winner of Special Life time Achievement Award.
• A 2 minute presentation before the presentation of the award
• All promotional advertisements of the event to carry the Gold sponsor’s name
• Logo on Invitation cards and promotional material
• Ad in GTA Business App after GTA Business App Promotion

There will be 7 award sponsors, one for each Award category and will present the chosen award
(if available).
